WABASH COUNTY, IN (August 27, 2019) – Grow Wabash County is excited to announce the grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration for Molcajetes Mexican Restaurant Bar & Grill on Wednesday, September 4th, 2019 at 11am. Molcajetes is located at 1950 South Wabash Street in Wabash, Indiana (inside of The Knights Inn).
Owner, Leticia Capulin said, “My husband and I are thrilled to open our newest restaurant offering authentic Mexican dishes daily.” The couple also owns Poblanos in downtown Rochester, Indiana and were looking to expand when they found this location by chance while driving through the city.
Capulin said their must-try dishes include: Piña Poblano’s (Pineapple boat filled with meats, fajita vegetables and covered in cheese), Nachos Acapulco (shrimp and crab nachos), and any of the 16oz juicy steaks. There are daily specials that include: All You Can Eat Taco Tuesdays and All You Can Eat Fish Wednesdays.

Molcajetes Mexican Restaurant Bar & Grill officially opened August 20th and are now serving Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm as well as Fridays and Saturdays from 11am to 10pm.
