Service Groups

For the Leadership Service Project, participants are grouped based on varying personality types from DISC reports (see below). Using the Strategic Doing Model, these groups will learn to swiftly activate their networks and commit to small tasks and explore potential service projects.

Each member must volunteer a minimum of 25 hours. At the Graduation ceremony in May, groups will present their project journey, detailing the initial stages, final outcomes, and key takeaways from their impactful service initiatives.

Book Groups

There will be four groups to read and explore various leadership development books. Each group summarizes their book's key concepts for the cohort during the April session.

The best presentation, chosen by peers, is honored at graduation. Every group member is expected to actively contribute, enhancing their knowledge of different leadership books, fostering exposure within the cohort, promoting learning about diverse leadership principles, sharing valuable lessons with peers, and refining presentation skills through the April session.
