About Us: We are a board-led organization under Grow Wabash County, re-established in 2018. Our members are dedicated to connecting and empowering young professionals across the county through networking, leadership, and community engagement.
Mission: We bring together young professionals in Wabash County to grow their careers, build meaningful relationships, and give back to the community.
Vision: To develop the next generation of Wabash County leaders by fostering professional growth, authentic connections, and active community involvement.
Membership: All YPWC members must be between 19-40 years of age and either live, work, or have a community connection within Wabash County. Membership requires a $50 annual fee, with a discounted rate available for students, interns, and businesses enrolling multiple employees. Membership provides full access to YPWC events, regular opportunities to connect with other professionals, and the chance to serve on committees to build leadership experience and professional skills.
