GWC to welcome In-Laws Catering & Creamery to business community

May 29, 2023

Wabash County, IN – Grow Wabash County is thrilled to be celebrating the grand opening of In-Laws Catering & Creamery with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 16 at their storefront at 115 S. Chippewa Street in Roann.

"We are very excited to have opened up shop in Roann for a variety of reasons,” Larry McClelland, co-owner, said. “But the number one reason is the close-knit community which makes us feel at home."

In-Laws Catering & Creamery, owned and operated by McClelland and June Haecker, will offer not only ice cream and sweet treats at their storefront, but will also be taking the culinary skills to the community with their catering menu that features a variety of meal options ranging from barbecued meats to Italian dishes and even options for a breakfast buffet.

“We are thrilled to see In-Laws Catering & Creamery add their own flavor to the dining options available here in Wabash County,” Keith Gillenwater, president and CEO of Grow Wabash County, said. “We are especially excited to see how many people fall in love with the community of Roann when they come to check out In-Laws and realize all of the other great things Roann has to offer.”

The ribbon cutting ceremony will start at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 16, at In-Laws Catering & Creamery, 115 S Chippewa Street in Roann. Guests will be invited to enjoy food and  refreshments from In-Laws following the ceremony.
