GWC to host annual Legislative Wrap-Up for investors

Wabash County, IN (NOV. 22, 2023) – Grow Wabash County (GWC) is thrilled to invite its investors to attend an exclusive Legislative Wrap-Up on Tuesday, Dec. 19. 
 

For this year’s wrap-up, we are thrilled to be hosting Congressman Rudy Yakym III, who serves as the representative for Indiana’s 2nd District which Wabash County resides in. We will also welcome back State Representative Lorissa Sweet and State Senator Andy Zay for this annual event.
 

“As the joint chamber of commerce and economic development group in Wabash County, one of Grow Wabash County’s commitments to its investors is to offer them a platform to connect with the elected officials that represent them,” Keith Gillenwater, president and CEO of Grow Wabash County said. “We encourage our investors to join us for this great event to ensure their voice is heard and their values reflected in the legislators that speak for them.”
 

During this in-person event, each elected official will have a chance to discuss the work and priorities on their legislative agendas. The floor will then be open for questions from GWC investors.

This Legislative Wrap-Up will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 19, at 2 p.m. in the Grow Wabash County conference room, 214 South Wabash Street in Wabash. This event is free and exclusively reserved for Grow Wabash County investors.
