Westminster Preschool to celebrate grand opening June 6

Wabash County, IN – Class will soon be in session at Westminster Preschool in Wabash! Join Grow Wabash County and the Westminster team for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, June 6, to celebrate the grand opening of Wabash’s newest preschool.
Westminster Preschools provides a Christian atmosphere that support’s children’s growth and development as lifelong learners in a safe and caring environment. They are a play-based, high-quality early childhood program that will take children starting at 6 weeks old and will even offer after school and break care for children up to 12 years old.
“I am very excited to help bring a high-quality faith-based early childhood program to the community of Wabash,” Tanja Bullins, site director, said. “We at Westminster say that play is our work, from our littles, to teachers, and even administration.”
Enrollment is still open for Westminster Preschool in Wabash. Parents looking to register their children or tour the facility can do so by contacting Bullins at tanja.westminster@gmail.com. Registration will also be available at the ribbon cutting ceremony.
"Childcare is one of the greatest needs felt in our community right now,” Chelsea Parson, development and marketing project manager for Grow Wabash County, said. “The opening of this new school will bring peace of mind to so many working families when they know they are bringing their children to a place that will not only teach their kids those critical early skills but will care for their children and keep them safe, happy and healthy.”
The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, at Westminster preschool, 1721 Vernon Street, in Wabash. Following the ceremony, Westminster Preschool invites families and guests to stick around to enjoy light refreshments and raffle items as well as learn more about the school’s programming.
