JoJo's Olfactory & Co. to celebrate unveiling of new product line
September 17, 2024
Wabash County, IN – JoJo’s OlFactory & Co. is adding a new flair and flavor to their fragrance bar with the roll out of their new line of olive oils, balsamics and other artisan food products.
To celebrate this new addition to JoJo’s lineup, Grow Wabash County and Downtown Wabash, Inc. will be hosting a ribbon cutting on Friday, October 4.
“We are so excited of the new product line JoJo’s is bringing to realization,” Jana Thibos, project manager for investor services and events, said. “They are creating new ideas and are the true meaning of being an entrepreneur.”
JoJo’s OlFactory &Co. has been doing business at their location on Canal Street in Wabash since 2021, offering guests the opportunity to craft their own scents and create one-of-a-kind products such as hand soaps, room sprays and candles.
Since opening, JoJo’s has consistently evolved to incorporate new customer experiences including craft nights, charcuterie parties and even a bar to serve drinks to patrons while they shop and make.
“We are excited to welcome JoJo's newest offering, their olive oil collection, to downtown Wabash,” Kristen Petruniw, executive director of Downtown Wabash, Inc., said. “This collection adds another special touch to the downtown shopping experience, giving residents and visitors a new way to explore fresh, flavorful products. We appreciate their continued commitment to bringing unique and quality products to the community.”
So, when co-owner Alexis Arnold proposed the idea that they add these new products to the store, it seemed like a natural progression towards their goals of giving guests a high-quality, multi-sensory experience.
“Oddly, one of my favorite parts about traveling is stopping into various small town olive oil stores,” Arnold said. “I love sampling the different flavored olive oils and balsamics. In a round about way, I have become an olive oil aficionado and made it a tradition to pick up a new bottle wherever I go. I thought to myself, ‘Why doesn’t our town have one of these shops?’ With us already owning a shop in town — JoJo’s — it seemed to pair quite nicely. And if you need help pairing oils and balsamic, you know where to go.”
The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 4, at JoJo’s OlFactory & Co., 36 W Canal Street in Wabash. After the ceremony guests will be invited to enjoy tastings of their extensive stock of oils and balsamics in addition to creating new and exciting scented products.
