Undaunted, Mike Haarer Coaching to host leadership series with Grow Wabash County

Wabash County, IN – Grow Wabash County is excited to provide a new opportunity for its investors and local employers to pursue leadership development training in partnership with Undaunted and Mike Haarer Coaching.

This four-session program will introduce and dig deeper into topics including:

• April 24 - Psychological Safety in the Workplace
• May 1 - Competence & Character in Leadership & Life
• May 8 - Boundaries in Leadership
• May 22 - Bridging Generational Gaps in Organizations

“Every year when we poll our local employers, they emphasize their need for employees with leadership skills and those soft skills that are crucial in every workplace and every team,” Chelsea Parson, project manager for development and marketing, said. “We are excited to be teaming up with this Grow Wabash County investor, Undaunted, to offer an opportunity for our local workforce to learn and refine some of those important leadership skills.”

The program will be facilitated by Madeline Spring, founder and CEO of Undaunted, and Dr. Mike Haarer of Mike Haarer Coaching. Both share a passion for leadership development and personal empowerment and look forward to challenging participants to push themselves to become stronger, more effective leaders.
