
NIIC, GWC to host Customer Experience workshop

Wabash County, IN – Grow Wabash County and the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center (NIIC) invite local businesses and entrepreneurs to a workshop on August 20 focused on how to emphasize and enhance the customer experience.
This workshop is open to all business owners and professionals who regularly interact with customers and the general public. Attendees will receive tools and insights from the NIIC to help craft strategies that prioritize customer experience. In addition, facilitated discussions will offer participants the opportunity to work through real-life scenarios, exchange best practices, and get answers to their specific questions about delivering exceptional service.
“We know that building long-term customer relationships is one of the most important aspects of running a successful business,” said Jana Thibos, Investor Services & Events Project Manager at Grow Wabash County. “This workshop will empower our local businesses with the practical tools and strategies they need to not only meet but exceed customer expectations.”
Entrepreneurship has long been a priority of Grow Wabash County, which currently identifies it as one of the organization’s main pillars of service. Grow Wabash County’s work has included leveraging partnerships with organizations such as the NIIC and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to provide guidance for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Information about potential funding, available storefront spaces and general marketing support are also common offerings Grow Wabash County can provide to further cultivate an entrepreneurially supportive community.
This event will take place from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 20, in the Grow Wabash County community room, 214 South Wabash Street in Wabash. *The workshop is free to attend for Grow Wabash County investors, and $10 for non-investors. Refreshments will be provided.
