Wabash County, IN  – Registration is now open for the sixth annual State of Our Communities event to be hosted by Grow Wabash County on Thursday, Feb. 16, at the Honeywell Center.

This year’s event, like in years past, will feature representatives from each incorporated community in Wabash County including: Town of LaFontaine; Town of Lagro; Town of North Manchester; Town of Roann; City of Wabash; as well as the Wabash County Commissioners.

Each representative will have the opportunity to share the accomplishments their communities celebrated in 2022 and how they will take that momentum to affect even greater change in 2023 and beyond.

“The year 2022 saw a great deal of exciting progress on many fronts in all of our communities in Wabash County and we are incredibly proud to celebrate these fantastic accomplishments with our fellow community members and leaders” Keith Gillenwater, President and CEO of Grow Wabash County, said. “In addition to looking back on the great things that happened in 2022, we invite the community to join us in reflecting during this event on how we can further spark growth and progress over the next year, five years, or even a decade in Wabash County!”

The event on Feb.16 will begin with breakfast in Legacy Hall starting at 7:30 a.m. followed by presentations starting shortly after 8 a.m.

Registration for sponsorships and tickets are now open for the 2023 State of Our Communities event on the Grow Wabash County website at www.growwabashcounty.com/SOC2023 or by contacting Chelsea at marketing@growwabashcounty.com or 260-563-5258.
