He is also an adult education adjunct instructor at Indiana Tech and Huntington Universities and has earned certification as an SPHR/SCP and degrees in Business Management, Communication, in addition to earning his MBA.

“We are so excited to have HR Unlimited Ideas by Alan Siepker present to our investors of all sizes about the disconnect between supervisor and employee and its challenges,” Jana Thibos, project manager for investor services and events, said. “We are proud of the partnerships we have with professionals like Alan to help provide our investors with relevant and engaging workshops to best support our investors and business community.”
