Logan Properties Breaks Ground on Wabash Spec Building

Wabash, IN – Logan Properties broke ground on a Spec Building located in the Wabash Northeast Business Complex.  

Martin Huttenlocker, Developer at Logan Properties, shared his excitement about the project, saying, “We are delighted to launch this promising initiative. Collaborating with the City of Wabash and Grow Wabash County enables us to create an innovative solution that streamlines the process for new businesses. Our spec building will provide customizable options tailored to address immediate needs, allowing companies to rapidly initiate production and distribution. Additionally, this location capitalizes on convenient access for product distribution via SR 13, US 24, and beyond.”

Nuway Construction, a design-build general contractor based in Goshen, IN, has been selected to oversee the project.

This new Spec Building is scheduled to be completed in March of 2025.
