The Wabash County Museum is transforming into a winter wonderland this holiday season!

From November 21 through December 30, families will experience the joy of the season during Winter at the Museum, featuring Daphne’s Reindeer Barn, Elf in the Exhibit, the brand-new Festival of Trees, and a special Santa Saturday celebration.

Sponsored by the Wabash Elks, Daphne’s Reindeer Barn is an interactive space where kids can meet, brush, and “feed” a friendly herd of stuffed reindeer. It’s a cozy holiday favorite perfect for imaginative play and festive photo ops.

Elf in the Exhibit is back and the elves are hiding again! Children are invited to join this Museum-wide scavenger hunt to find all the hidden elves scattered throughout the exhibits. To keep the fun fresh, the elves will move to new hiding spots every week, guaranteeing a brand-new challenge each time your family visits. Successful elf-spotters will win a fun prize, courtesy of Advance America.

Making its debut this year, the Wabash County Museum’s Festival of Trees brings together local businesses and community organizations for a spectacular display of creativity and holiday cheer. Each sponsor has decorated their own themed tree, creating a breathtaking indoor forest for visitors to explore.

Guests can cast votes for their favorite trees in the People’s Choice Award by purchasing 10 tickets for $5. Awards will be presented for top designs at the end of the season.
