Grow Wabash County and its many community and business partnerships put individuals into high-quality skills training programs to fill the most sought-after needs in Wabash and its surrounding counties. Whether an individual is looking to switch careers or join the workforce for the first time, several local institutions will help train and fund those aspirations today!

Tuition for many of these programs is FREE for qualified students through Workforce Ready Grants and Grow Wabash County scholarships. The State of Indiana Workforce Ready grants are available to cover 10% of tuition for CNC Machining and MSSC-CPT Industrial Maintenance for Indiana residents over 18 years old meeting specific eligibility requirements. Interested participants should fill out the Workforce Ready Application and submit to Ivy Tech Community College. Wabash County Residents Scholarships are available through Grow Wabash County scholarships, made possible by grant funding from the Community Foundation of Wabash County and the Wabash County United Fund.
