Wabash Business Complex
The Wabash Business Complex is the largest industrial park in Wabash County. It has over 160 acres shovel-ready through the Indiana State Certified Prime program. Located at the junction of State Highways 13 and 24, the complex is less than 30 minutes from I-65 and I-69, connecting businesses to Chicago, Fort Wayne and beyond.
North Manchester Industrial Complex
Situated in northern Wabash County, the North Manchester Industrial Complex offers businesses the ability to expand with sites ranging from five to 50 acres. Each is certified in the Indiana Shovel-Ready Program with all utilities plus the advantage of railroad service.
